Business psychologists conduct a comprehensive psychometric assessment at the start to uncover strengths, motivations, and areas for growth.     Debrief with Coach

    • The PCI Business Psychologist discuss the results with the PCI Coach to provide additional insights that accelerate the engagement

    • The PCI Coach debriefs with the Coachee to align on how to use the results to help them achieve their goals.
