With over 20 years of experience in talent assessment, Keith Francoeur has been an integral part of PCI talent assessment solutions since 2005. His journey reflects a commitment to enhancing assessment practices through innovative approaches and a keen understanding of human behavior.
As a practitioner-scientist, Keith is dedicated to understanding the nuances of personality and its impact on job performance. He leads our global assessment and research teams, in addition to serving as a lead assessor and executive coach.
Keith has conducted thousands of assessments across a broad spectrum of roles, from semi-skilled positions to C-suite executives. His talent advisory services have benefited local, national, and international clients, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. His extensive work spans various industries, such as retail, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, private equity, education, and real estate.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, and a Doctor of Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His dissertation utilized our archived data to investigate the relationship between personality traits and leadership styles, contributing valuable insights to the field.
Keith is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). These affiliations reflect his commitment to remaining at the forefront of the industry and ensuring PCI's assessments align with the latest research and best practices.
