Keith Francoeur, Psy.D.

Principal Consulting Psychologist, Talent Assessments

Keith joined PCI in 2005 as an Intern, working his way up to Principal by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to science-based solutions, client-centered consulting, and continuous improvement. As a practitioner-scientist, Keith leads our global assessments team while also staying current on the latest research to design assessments with industry-leading predictive validity.

Keith has conducted thousands of assessments for hiring, development, and succession planning for local, national, and international clients. His extensive work spans various industries, such as retail, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, private equity, education, and real estate.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, and a Doctor of Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His dissertation utilized our archived data to investigate the relationship between personality traits and leadership styles, contributing valuable insights to the field.

Keith is an active member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). These affiliations reflect his commitment to remaining at the forefront of the industry and ensuring PCI’s assessments align with the latest research and best practices.
