Deborah Bell M.A., SHRM-SCP

Vice President, Consulting and Leadership Advisory Services

Deborah has worked in the talent assessment industry her entire career, gaining formative experience at Aon and Select International (now Talogy), before joining PCI in 2008. Overseeing PCI's consulting services, Deborah serves as client relationship manager, project manager, and product manager. This allows her to build long-term relationships with her clients, gain a deep understanding of their culture and how their business operates, and design customized talent solutions to meet each customer's unique needs. Her expertise in conducting job analyses and validation studies, and in designing competency models and behavioral interview guides, extends PCI's ability to serve its clients beyond conducting talent assessments. She continues to serve as a Senior Executive Assessor, having conducted over nearly 2000 leadership assessments.

Deborah has served as an Executive Assessor and Talent Advisor to organizations across most major industries, providing expertise to Fortune 500 organizations, multinational enterprises, PE portfolio companies, venture capital firms, and government, non-profit, and not-for-profit agencies. She directly supports CEOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development Specialists, Executive Coaches, and hiring managers at all levels by offering data-driven insights and expert advice accumulated over the past 30 years.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
