Principal Consultant, Leadership Advisory Services

Deborah has spent her entire career in the talent consulting space. After gaining formative experience at AON and Select International (now Talogy) as a Consultant, she joined PCI in 2007. As head of our Leadership Consulting Services, her focus is on designing custom solutions for high potential programs, succession planning, and executive team development. She also continues to serve as a lead assessor and talent advisor to C-suite executives, HR leaders, and executive coaches.

Deborah has been an advisor to organizations of all sizes, from PE and VC backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Over the years, she’s developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges of a variety of industries and sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, non-profit, retail, mining, financial services, and construction.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also holds the SHRM-SCP certification and is an associate member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
