Al Schnur, Ph.D.

With over 30 years of experience in the talent assessment industry, Al Schnur has been a cornerstone of PCI since he first joined in 1991. After a successful tenure, he returned in 2001 to lead PCI talent assessment solutions into its next chapter. Al is dedicated to cultivating long-term client relationships, empowering his teams to innovate and enhance processes, and advising C-suite executives and boards on strategic succession planning.

Before taking the helm at PCI, Al honed his skills at Development Dimensions International (DDI), where he specialized in designing assessment centers, 360-degree feedback processes, performance management, and training programs. His journey also included a pivotal role at ePredix, an internet start-up focused on developing online candidate screening tools. Over his career, Al has conducted more than 5,000 assessments, positively impacting over 150,000 candidates through the programs he designed.

Al holds both a Masterโ€™s and Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University. His educational foundation, combined with his extensive practical experience, enables him to provide valuable insights into talent management and organizational development.
