When to Use High Potential Assessments

We recommend conducting these assessments during the selection phase of your high-potential program. Often, we find that the majority of individuals thought to be high potentials have average potential, with a small percentage truly demonstrating high potential. By using our assessment, you’ll make more effective decisions and get a better return on investment.
