  • Research. If that word doesn't sound like fun to you - we've got you covered!  We continually read new studies in journals published by, and affiliated with, the American Psychological Association to gain the latest insights into the relationship between job performance and the structure of personality, cognitive processes, leadership style, and situational factors.
  • Psychometrics. Figuring out which tools to use can be daunting.  We've done that work for you!  We have access to many assessment platforms and hundreds of online tools.  We rigorously evaluate the reliability and validity evidence of those tools and use our expertise to create a variety of customized test batteries.  And, we conduct validation studies for our clients to provide evidence of the predictive validity of our robust assessments.
  • Experience. Each of our Assessors have been interpreting psychometric tests, conducting interviews, providing candidate feedback, and advising leaders on talent decisions for nearly two decades.   We have pretty much seen it all - and are eager to share our insights!

Who We Partner With

Regardless of your industry, size, or location, we have proven solutions.

Just as many search firms and leadership advisories leverage their industry or regional expertise to help executives develop organizational strategy, PCI's Psychologists leverage their expertise in global traits that drive human behavior to help you hire, develop, and retain the right people to execute your organization's strategy.  In this regard, talent is talent - no matter your industry, size. or geographic location.

Many multinational enterprises have trusted PCI to conduct fair, culturally-relevant, and objective assessments to support their global talent strategy.  With the increased need for talent mobility, it is critical to have a consistent process that allows you to compare people's strengths, opportunities, and potential for successes in an expatriate assignment or global role.

  • We use psychometric tools that are non-language based and available in many languages.
  • We have interviewers residing in the EMEA, LAT, and AP regions.
  • We compare individual results against global norms.
